Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and financial
performance of assigned construction projects. This role oversees the full project
lifecycle—from preconstruction through closeout—ensuring projects are delivered
safely, on schedule, within budget, and to Building Vision’s quality standards. The
Project Manager coordinates owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal
teams to successfully deliver complex commercial and medical construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage construction projects from preconstruction through final completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Prepare and manage project budgets and cost tracking
• Review and execute contracts and subcontract agreements
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, inspectors, and owners
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
• Manage subcontractor procurement and buyout
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and building codes
• Monitor project risks and proactively resolve issues
• Ensure proper documentation and project closeout
Experience Requirements
• 7–15+ years experience in commercial construction
• 5+ years in a Project Manager role
• Experience with medical tenant improvements, commercial TI, ground-up commercial
projects, and design-build projects
• Experience managing projects ranging from $500K – $15M+
Skills / Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and project delivery methods
• Proficiency in construction management software (Buildertrend preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong budgeting and cost control skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Experience coordinating with inspectors and AHJs
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or
equivalent experience preferred.

project documentation, scheduling coordination, procurement tracking, and
administrative support. This role ensures the smooth flow of information between project
teams, subcontractors, and clients while maintaining organized project records.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist Project Managers with project documentation

projects. This role oversees site safety, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and
schedule execution to ensure projects are built according to plans and specifications.
The Superintendent acts as the primary field leader representing Building Vision on the
job site.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily construction site operations
• Coordinate subcontractors and field crews
• Maintain project schedule and sequencing of work
• Conduct daily site inspections and quality control
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance
• Coordinate inspections with city officials and AHJs
• Maintain jobsite documentation and daily reports
• Coordinate material deliveries and logistics
• Resolve field conflicts and construction issues
• Ensure adherence to project plans and specifications
Experience Requirements
• 8–20+ years experience in commercial construction
• 5+ years as a Superintendent
• Experience with medical office construction, tenant improvements, and ground-up
commercial buildings
• Experience managing field operations for $500K – $20M+ projects
Skills / Qualifications
• Strong leadership and field coordination skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Knowledge of building codes and inspection processes
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors simultaneously
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
