CEO & Founder
Charles began his career in his father’s custom cabinet shop, crafting high-end cabinetry and developing a deep respect for quality, detail, and craftsmanship. From those early hands-on foundations, he built a career grounded in disciplined project management, operational leadership, and the successful delivery of complex commercial projects. His experience spans hospitals and medical facilities, design-build delivery, tenant improvements, ground-up construction, facilities operations, and energy infrastructure bringing a forward-looking perspective to the evolving demands of modern buildings.

Paul is a results-driven leader with a strong track record of building relationships, driving growth, and delivering measurable outcomes. He brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to every project, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Known for his ability to maneuver, shift, and solve difficult problems, Paul is committed to creating long-term value for clients and partners alike. Yevonne is an interior, landscape and floral designer with over 20 years of experience shaping spaces that feel cohesive, natural, and intentional. Her career spans work with leading venues, planners, and design teams throughout Napa Valley and Southern California, giving her a deep understanding of how people experience space—indoors and out.
Dan Williamson
Project Manager
With Over 20 years of commercial construction experience delivering tenant improvement, office, retail, restaurant, EV charger, battery storage, and ADA improvement projects. Proven leadership managing diverse project scopes from planning through completion with a focus on quality, compliance, and efficiency.
